MCL LIFE MEMBERSHIP -  A League Member must one year's dues paid and be in good standing to apply for Life Membership.

Effective 1 July 2023, the Life Membership Fees will increase as per the following chart:
$1000.00 – 35 years of age and lower
$  800.00 – 36-50 years of age
$  600.00 – 51-64 years of age
$  400.00 – 65-84 years of age
$  100.00 – 85 years of age and higher
